The crash happened at 6:50 a.m. Tuesday at Route 273 and Airport Road.

The Action Cam on scene shows a car crushed underneath a tractor trailer.
The driver is identified as 29-year-old Joann Hess of Smyrna.
At first, police indicated Hess had died, but later learned she had be resuscitated.
She later died at the hospital.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
