CHESTER, Pa. (WPVI) -- A 28-year-old woman was found shot in the city of Chester, Delaware County.
It happened on the 100 block of East 21st Street just before 12:30 a.m. on Monday.
The victim was rushed to the hospital, but her condition has not yet been released.
