Humacao, Puerto Rico (WPVI) -- Residents have been standing in line for hours and hours, just waiting for ice in this hurricane-battered town on the eastern side of Puerto Rico.
Reporter Amanda Ramirez from our partner, Univision has been in Humacao, and it seems everywhere she turns there are long lines.

Here, it is all about the ice.
The reward for waiting here will be two bags of ice, and most likely a walk to get into another line. The ice, many people here say, is what they need before they go buy groceries. They have no electricity, there is no word when it will be back up, and they need to keep their food from spoiling. Buying that food means standing in yet another hours-long line.

It's hot, they are thirsty and they are frustrated, but they also do not have much of a choice.
