Harcum's Scholarship Prize Patrol surprised Rebecca while she was in class today at Archbishop Ryan.
In front of her parents and classmates the admission's team offered Becca a scholarship for full room and board which is worth more than 10 thousand dollars.
Rebecca was accepted in Harcum's Dental Assistant program.
