Philadelphia police have released information on the fourth stabbing this week.
This latest stabbing happened at the Curran-Fromhold Correctional Facility just before 11:30 a.m. Saturday.
A 22-year-old man was stabbed once in the left side of the head.
Prison guards took him to Jefferson-Torresdale Hospital where he was placed in stable condition.

The other stabbings happened early this week at Riverside Correctional Facility on Tuesday and Thursday nights.
Police say a 35-year-old man was stabbed in the head, right eye and torso at around 6:30 p.m. Thursday.
He was taken to the hospital for treatment and is expected to survive.
Two inmates were attacked in separate incidents on Tuesday night, about half an hour apart.

A 36-year-old man was stabbed once in the right eye around 5:58 p.m.
A 23-year-old man was stabbed multiple times in the back and arms.
Both were taken to the hospital in stable condition.
No charges have been announced in these stabbings.
