The third annual Hot Chocolate Festival was Tuesday at the University of Delaware.
The free celebration is all part of National Hot Chocolate Day.
Students sampled fun hot chocolate varieties and recipes featuring a decadent toppings bar.
There was live music, desserts, trivia, and chances to win prizes.
