PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police released new video showing the moments leading up to a deadly shooting in Fairmount Park.

According to police, 30-year-old Taion Carter was shot and killed during an argument in a parking lot on the 2400 block of Kelly Drive on July 16.

Officers said the shooting may have been a result of an argument with another person.

"What is left behind in my memory is his smile. He had a beautiful smile, honestly. And you could see that he had a good heart also, very good heart," said Carter's neighbor, Ethel Archer.

Several suspects are wanted for questioning in connection with the shooting, police said.

Officers said several vehicles were performing illegal maneuvers, including donuts, near the Strawberry Mansion Bridge at the time.

Authorities have been able to locate and impound one of the vehicles seen in the new video, but police have not yet been able to locate the people who were inside the car.

"You don't want it to happen to anyone, of course, but for such a nice young man as he was, it's just a tragedy. It's sad, very sad," Archer said.

Anyone who recognizes any of the people in the video or their cars is asked to contact police.
