It was shut down after an oversized truck damaged stones on the arch that connects sections of the Laurell Hill East Cemetery on Friday.
Though the structure is sound, officials kept the road closed until the overpass can be fixed to protect drivers.
Officials have released the following detour for traveling motorists:
Northbound Kelly Drive:
- Continue straight on Kelly Dr.
- Turn Right onto Ferry Dr.
- Turn Right onto Ridge Ave.
- Turn Left onto Allegheny Ave.
Southbound Kelly Drive:
- Turn Left onto Ferry Dr.
- Turn Right onto Ridge Ave.
- Turn Left onto Allegheny Ave.
- Eastbound Hunting Park Ave.
- Stay in the Right Lane on Hunting Park Ave.
- Turn Left onto Ridge Ave.
- Turn Right onto 33rd St.
The Streets Department is continuing to inspect the bridge.
