Trey Yarbrough has created what he calls the "Jet Ski Scooter."
He says he took a 1989 Honda scooter, cut the bottom out of it, and stuck it inside a jet ski.
So this only works on the road, and certainly not on the water.
Yarbrough says he got the idea from someone else on social media.
