Toys-R-Us stores to open for 30 straight hours on Black Friday

Toys-R-Us stores are planning to stay open for 30 hours straight, from Thanksgiving into Black Friday, for the third year in a row.

The shopping marathon will begin at 5 p.m. on Thanksgiving, and run straight through 11 p.m. Friday night.

New York City's Times Square location is a notable exception. Doors will open at that store at 8 a.m. on Thursday morning, and close at midnight Black Friday.
