When the Huddle House cook noticed a man struggling to eat his pancakes due to an arm injury, she immediately stepped in to help by cutting up his food to make it easier for him to eat.
Dallas Smith Jr. was also in the diner when he noticed the act of kindness take place and decided to video the incident.
The video was posted to Facebook on November 22, and has since gone viral.
