PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- They're a small business champion helping Philadelphia's women and underserved communities.
In its 32 years, Women's Opportunities Resource Center has trained over 4000 people on how to start and run a business.
The organization says its mission to change lives is important now more than ever.
