'Angels in Motion' helps those with substance use disorder in Kensington

PHILADELPHIA, Pennsylvania (WPVI) -- Each person on the street is someone's child. That's why the 'Angels in Motion' organization takes as many as possible under their wing in Philadelphia's Kensington neighborhood.

The organization started when one mom, Carol Rostucher, was looking for her son and saw the needs of those living on the street.

They do everything from handing out blessing bags to getting people into treatment, if they so choose.

Another mom named Susan Fasulo had reached out to find answers when her own daughter was suffering from addiction.

Fasulo became hands-on in the effort and now serves as the Executive Director of the Pennsylvania chapter of Angels in Motion.

Watch the video above to see how they meet people where they are.
