Pa. barber shop helps employees reshape their lives

PHOENIXVILLE, Pennsylvania (WPVI) -- Iron's Edge Barber Company has become a refuge for barbers who were formerly incarcerated, in recovery, or simply looking for a fresh start.

Justin Kyle, the shop manager, has been a barber for 20 years. However, he has not always been able to sustain a career in the field.

Since becoming sober, he has turned to cutting hair to reshape his future.
