GREENWICH TOWNSHIP, New Jersey (WPVI) -- Brick by brick, they've built bots worth bringing to the world stage. [br /][br /]Now, these South Jersey students are preparing for their greatest test in robotics yet.[br /][br /]The FIRST LEGO Challenge Team #18249, 'Lunatecs in Training,' is part of [url HREF="https://www.sjrobotics.com/" REL=""]South Jersey Robotics[/url]. Together, they created two LEGO robots and an innovative floatation system.[br /][br /]Local success has propelled them to The FIRST® Championship, which will take place in Houston, Texas on April 29 to May 2, 2026.[br /][br /]The South Jersey high-school robotics team #316 'Lunatecs' also qualified.
