PHILADELPHIA, Pennsylvania (WPVI) -- Flavors from across the world are convening in one Philadelphia man's fridge as he pursues his second attempt at a World Cup-themed challenge.[br /][br /]Garrett Albert of Bella Vista is trying to collect one beer from each country participating in the FIFA World Cup.[br /][br /]Following an unsuccessful attempt in 2022, he got a head start a few weeks before the 2026 World Cup began. [br /][br /]So far, he has collected 34 beers from the likes of Japan, Croatia, New Zealand, Australia, Germany, and more.[br /][br /]Albert also volunteered with FIFA as a host city ambassador, welcoming and aiding tourists around Philadelphia.[br /][br /]He is now asking the city, and the world on social media, for help finding signature drinks from the following 14 countries, if applicable:[br /][br /]Morocco, Paraguay, Curaçao, Ivory Coast, Ecuador, Sweden, Tunisia, Egypt, Cape Verde, Senegal, Algeria, Jordan, DR Congo, and Panama.[br /][br /]Anyone interested in following along or helping Albert in his quest can follow him on Instagram [url HREF="https://www.instagram.com/garrett_albert/" REL=""]@garrett_albert.
