RIVERSIDE, N.J. (WPVI) -- The main attraction in Riverside, New Jersey this Halloween weekend was the Riverside Police Department's fourth annual trunk-or-treat.
Officials said the event is not just about connecting law enforcement with the community but giving kids and their families a safer alternative.
