Bleu Sushi

At the Washington Square West hot spot, Bleu Sushi, upbeat music bounces off dimly lit blue walls in a casual BYOB setting. Customers can dine on top quality seafood, noodles, and rice dishes, and bring their favorite bottle of sake to go with it every day of the week. Look for some Philly flair in the sushi menu with popular rolls like the Ben Franklin Bluefin or the Temple Roll.

Scannichio's
Bring your favorite bottle of red to Scannichio's Italian Restaurant on the corner of Broad and Porter. This family owned spot is about as South Philly as it gets, so it makes sense that they're a popular stop on the way to or from the sports complex. Chef Christian Varalli filled the menu with Italian classics and some unique family recipes, but make sure you listen to the specials, too. The portions are massive, so taking home half your dinner is not unheard of!
What I loved:
-Clams Casino (the best I ever had)

-Stuffed Artichoke
-Double Cut of Pork Chop (topped with figs, Gorgonzola cheese, and balsamic reduction)
-16 ounce bone-in Veal Chop Parmesan
-Bananas Foster
