An officer was injured trying to help a man out of the vehicle that crashed in that area.

Neighbors and activists are outraged by the violence. State Rep Amen Brown, was at the scene he said this is the second road rage shooting in his district in three months.

"It's Philadelphia, it's a war zone. People better wake up and recognize this," said Jamal Johnson, an activist who was on scene.

Brown, a victim of gun violence himself, is calling this another senseless act of gun violence.

"Now this male is not gonna make it home to their family over a parking space," Brown said.

Angela Ford lives a few doors down from the crash. She says the violence doesn't stop.

"It's crazy, I'm ready to cry right now because this world is coming to an end," said Ford.
