It happened on the 500 block of South Salford Street just before 11:30 p.m.

Police say the victim was shot four times, including once in each leg.
He was transported to a nearby hospital by police, where he was later pronounced dead.
The second victim was another 20-year-old man who was shot multiple times.

He was transported to Lankenau Medical Center in a private vehicle, where he was placed in stable condition.
No weapons were recovered at the scene and no arrests have been made.
