It happened around 8 p.m. on the unit block of Cavendish Court.
Firefighters reported heavy flames showing from the two-story home upon arrival to the scene.
There was no immediate word on injuries or if anyone was inside the home as the flames broke out.
A cause of the fire is under investigation.
