A day for "Police and Community Serving As One"

CENTER CITY (WPVI) -- "Police and Community Serving As One" was the theme for this year's annual national black police association conference.

It's being held all day and night in Center City.

They had a prayer breakfast and workshops Tuesday morning, and Tuesday night there is a reception.

The conference provides an opportunity to talk and to network with fellow officers from across the country.
