Bucks County Ambert Alert lifted

An Ambert Alert issued earlier today in Bucks County has been lifted by police. Two witnesses reported seeing a little girl abducted Saturday afternoon. Routinely, police wait three hours for a parent or guardian to report the child missing, and since no such call was made authorities revoked the alert.

It allegedly took place at Main Street and Broad in Trumbauersville Borough. The victim is described as a 7 to 9-year-old white female with straight, shoulder-length brown hair, standing 4-5 feet tall. She was last seen dressed in purple and pink. She was seen with an older, skinny white male wearing a hooded sweatshirt/jacket.

Witnesses say they fled west toward Kumi Road in an older model white sedan.

Again, police have lifted the Amber Alert for this case.
