Teachers and administrators head back to the bargaining table for Chester County's largest school system.

Talks resume today between the Downingtown Area Education Association and the union representing the school district's teachers, guidance counselors and librarians.

They authorized a strike for 12:01 Tuesday morning if an agreement isn't reached.

The two sides are battling over pay and health care. There are nearly 12,000 students in the Downingtown Area School District.
