New Jersey may be the next state to crackdown on drivers who don't clean off icy, snowy cars. A bill released today says motorists could be fined if they do not remove ice and snow from their cars before driving.

The bill, passed by the Senate transportation committee, says police can give a ticket for the violation.

The fine ranges from 25 up to 75 dollars.

The Assembly has not considered the bill yet.
