After a Family Court hearing, police released him to his parent's custody.
Dover High student brings knife to school
DOVER, Del.-January 31, 2008 Police say the school's resource officer found the steak knife
in the 16-year-old student's coat when he was searched. Police were
told the student was carrying a weapon before he was searched.
