Philadelphia police are testing a driver for DUI, after he crashed his SUV into a house.
Officers say the GMC Envoy went out of control about 1:30 Thursday morning on the 5100 block of Wyalusing Avenue in the Parkside section of the city.
It then jumped a curb and plowed into the front of a house, knocking down a pillar and dislodging dozens of bricks from the front of the house.
Firefighters had to help the home's residents get out of the dwelling.
There were no serious injuries.
