The Action Cam was at the scene in the 9000 block of Old Bustleton Avenue.
The fire broke out shortly after 6 a.m. Sunday at the Cedar Glenn Apartments. The fire sent residents out into the cold morning air with just the clothes on their backs.
There's no word if there were any injuries.
The cause of the fire has yet to be determined.
