The woman called her mother and Jamison left, but not before she said he took money from her wallet. Police say Jamison ran into Byrom again, got into an argument and shot Byrom in the shoulder.
Byrom was airlifted to Christiana Hospital, where he's in stable condition.
Police found Jamison hiding in an apartment bathroom and charged him with the assault and attempted murder, and four counts of cashing the woman's sister's checks
