Now there are two candidates seeking the Republican nomination for U.S. Senate in New Jersey. Health concerns forced the third candidate to drop out.

Anne Estabrook says she had a minor stroke Monday morning.

The 63-year-old suffered no long-term consequences, but is prone to more severe strokes in the future.

Her withdrawal leaves state Senator Joseph Pennacchio and business professor Murray Sabrin (SAY'-brihn) in the GOP primary.

They're seeking to challenge Democratic incumbent Frank Lautenberg in the fall.
