A 23-year-old woman faces charges including three counts of homicide by vehicle while driving under the influence in the head-on crash that killed three people on Route 30 in Lancaster County. Sarah Timblin was arrested Wednesday night at her home in Washington Borough in Lancaster County. District Judge David Miller set bail at $100,000 and she was lodged in the Lancaster County Prison.

Police say Timblin was driving west in the eastbound lanes of Route 30 early Tuesday and collided with an eastbound vehicle. The crash killed three York men in the car: 45-year-old Luis Sanchez, 40-year-old Inocente Sanchez and 47-year-old Marlin Banks.

Police say Timblin, who was treated for minor injuries, had a blood-alcohol level more than three times the legal limit.
