Authorities say Yolanda Cardona is being charged with murder and weapons crimes.
Police say 29-year-old Harsun Cherry of Bethlehem was shot in the back.
Cardona is facing charges including murder and child endangerment. Police say the gun allegedly used in the shooting was stolen, so they're also filing weapons charges against her.
Authorities say Cardona remains in Northampton County Prison and isn't eligible for bail.
