Need a day off? You're not alone.

A poll finds more than 80 percent of those asked admit to taking a "mental health" day even if they're not really sick.

The survey from ComPsych, a corporate counseling service, says almost a-third of those cited family and relationship issues as the reason for taking time off.

Another 20 percent said work related stress was the reason behind their mental health day.

Other reasons mentioned were low energy, boredom and a lack of motivation.

The online survey polled more than a thousand of ComPsych's company clients.
