Over 300 middle and high school students from throughout Bucks County, Pennsylvania participate in the annual LEAD ON! Youth Leadership Conference on the topic of alcohol and drug prevention. Other topics such as cyberbullying, anger management , highway safety, the Choking Game, depression, messgages in music and decision making skills are also discussed in this day long event that takes place at the Bucks County Community College.

We need Peace and Love!
The Peace and Love is an anti-violence movement whose mission is to promote and encourage individuals to see peace and love to replace the violence that has seized our cities, our country and our world. This group understands that those individuals that choose violence to resolve their problems need to be encouraged, inspired, educated and implored to seek peaceful resolution to the conflict that they are faced with today, tomorrow. They sponsor a traveling poetry production that bring other youths into the schools to promote anti-violence to other young people.

The Philadelphia Young Playwrights Festival!
For over twenty years, the PYPF has been going into schools and teaching kids the art Playwriting. There is a contest to pick the best prose … and some scripts go on to be staged readings and mock plays .. while others get turned into full stage productions with actors and set design.
