Delaware state police say a New Jersey man wanted for ramming a police car with his vehicle was arrested following a four-hour stand-off Saturday morning. State police say 32-year-old Reese Heesh of Camden fled after Felton police asked why he was stopped behind an elementary school. State police say he later rammed his vehicle into a police cruiser during the ensuing pursuit and eventually fled on foot into a nearby home.

He was taken into custody about four hours later when a state police tactical team entered the house.

State police say charges are pending against Heesh, who is wanted on outstanding warrants in Kent and Sussex counties.
