A college student who wore a blinking circuit board at Boston's Logan International Airport last fall will have to do 50 hours of community service. Star Simpson, who's a 20-year-old student at MIT, has also been given a year's probation by an East Boston District judge.

Simpson was arrested at gunpoint in September when airport security became alarmed at the blinking circuit board on her sweat shirt. She called it a piece of art. Simpson was eventually charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct.
