Cooking with cryogenics - apparently, it is possible!Lacroix at the Rittenhouse is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

It is in the Rittenhouse Hotel, on the west side of Rittenhouse Square.

Lacroix's menu features traditional cuisine, but also choices from executive chef Matthew Levin's "molecular gastronomy" menu.

It is an emerging form of cookery using high science and cryogenics, using cold instead of heat.
