Gas glitch too good to be true

Gas for only a buck-40 a gallon?

Well, it was too good to be true.

Long lines formed at a Marathon station in suburban Cincinnati.

It seems a computer glitch caused the gas pumps to charge just $1.40 a gallon instead of $4.10.

Hamilton County sheriff's deputies finally convinced workers at the station to close after traffic was jammed by drivers looking for a bargain.

Tiffany Smith waited in line for two hours to buy the cheap gas.

She says she's been faced with the tough choice of having to buy gas or food for her family.

A clerk at the Marathon station tells a local TV station he didn't know how to fix the price on the pumps.
