Police in Southern California report someone ripped off a cable company repair truck, with the cable guy 25 feet in the air in the cherry picker.
According to officers, Curtis Bartell wasn't hurt even though the truck tore down several phones lines before hitting a pole.
Police in Bakersfield say the truck thief ran from the scene but was arrested later.
