I-95 reopens after motorcycle crash - Philadelphia News

The northbound lanes in part of Philadelphia were shut down after a motorcycle accident.

Police tell Action News at car and motorcycle collided at about 6:30 a.m. on I-95 northbound near the Bridge Street exit, which is in the city's Bridesburg section.

Authorities list the motorcyclist's condition as critical. They say the 33-year-old's arms and legs were severely cut in the accident.

Police closed I-95 while the victim was transported from the scene and the debris cleared. The highway reopened a short time later.
