Family of teen killed by train sue coach

FREEHOLD, N.J. (AP) - August 13, 2008 The lawsuit alleges former St. Rose High School baseball coach Bartholomew McInerney sexually harassed, abused and endangered Andrew Clark Jr.

The 18-year-old died after being struck by the train in June. The death has not been ruled a suicide or an accident.

Clark's parents allege the abuse drove their son into depression and led him to consider suicide.

McInerney is free on bail, charged in 11 complaints of instructing teenage boys at the school to send him sexually explicit text messages.
