Restaurant blaze sends customers running

A multiple-alarm fire burned a restaurant sent customers scrambling for safety.

The Fire broke out around 4:00 a.m. Sunday at Frangelica's Restaurant in Chesilhurst, Camden County.

Heavy smoke and fire could be seen as firefighters battled the blaze along the Whitehorse Pike.

A group of customers was inside wrapping up a party when smoke filled the restaurant and the customers had to get out quickly.

No injuries were reported.

Firefighters brought the flames under control just after 5:00 a.m..

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
