Superior Court Judge Raymond Batten on Friday sentenced Michael Ciancaglini to four months in jail.
The three other men in the case had been sentenced two weeks before. Ciancaglini had wanted extra time to consider Batten's new condition for his plea deal.
All four men were teenagers when authorities say they picked up two girls, ages 12 and 14.
Authorities say they gave the girls alcohol and then taped themselves having sex with the girls in a North Wildwood apartment in August 2006.
