Police say a man was shot in the chest at that location, then walked about three blocks to the 7100 of Ruskin Lane and collapsed.
He was taken to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in critical condition.
Police are reportedly looking for 4 men fleeing the scene of the shooting in a Ford Crown Victoria.
