Seven-year-old Ashley and 3-year-old Sophia Evans were visiting their maternal grandparents when Russian troops invaded more than two weeks ago.
They were reunited with their father on Thursday after Congressman Chris Smith of New Jersey enlisted the help of the French ambassador.
