Formula pays off for this couple

An accountant in Wisconsin claims he's developed a formula for lottery picks.

Either the formula's working or he's one lucky guy, because both he and his wife have each claimed $350,000 jackpots -- twice.

Verlyn and Judith Adamson held four winning tickets in the state's SuperCash drawing.

All four tickets were purchased at different locations, but with the same numbers and for the same drawing.

Their winnings now amount to 1.4 million dollars.

Verlyn Adamson says he's a big fan of math puzzles.

He says the winnings from his lottery pick formula have been small until now.

A spokesman for the couple says the Adamsons are "exploring patent protection" for the equation.
