The man did not have any form of identification on him and has been unable to assist police with his identity. He is unable to speak or write his name.
The man may possibly go by the name of "Tyrone" and is 5'5", 140lbs, beard, wearing a white t-shirt, blue jean shorts, black belt and white socks. He is in good condition and has been placed with the mental health professionals at Pennsylvania Hospital.
