Chopper 6 was over the 1600 block of Williams Way in East Goshen.
Accoring to police, around 10:45 a.m. 89 year old Donald Lutz shot his daughter to death.
When police arrived on the scene, they said Lutz pointed a gun at them. Officers negotiated with Lutz, trying to get him to drop his weapon. That's when, police say, he shot himself in the head.
Police then found 54 year old Donna Marie Bennett dead in the dining room.
At last report, Lutz was in surgery in extremely critical condition.
