The court refused to delay the extradition of Gary McKinnon, who says the extradition would violate his human rights. U.S. prosecutors want to try McKinnon for allegedly hacking into 97 computers belonging to NASA and several branches of the U.S. military.
American authorities say the attacks shut down the U.S. Army district responsible for protecting Washington, and cleared logs from computers that track the location of U.S. Navy ships.
