Soldier connect through the web on Constitution Day

PHILADELPHIA - September 17, 2008 The American soldiers in Balad, Iraq recited the preamble to the constitution on the Internet.

They were linked to a gathering at the National Constitution Center on Independence Mall to celebrate Constitution Day.

Cindy McCain also took part this morning via the Internet.

On this day in 1787 delegates from the states signed the constitution.
